Warisan UTAG was formed on 21 January 2008 in the Parit Raja town of Batu Pahat, Johor. The Gallery is growing rapidly to become the hub for arts and culture in the Johor community with a collection of over 1,000 cultural antiques and artifacts.
Apart from artistic and cultural activities and training, Warisan UTAG plays host to festive performances and wedding celebrations. The Gallery has been involved in programs at district, state, national and international levels. The exposure has made the gallery popular amongst many.
The Warisan UTAG gallery’s goal is to serve as an avenue for the community and students to gain understanding in history and science by examining the collection of traditional arts, antiques and culture.
