Formed in 2003 by music director Susanna Saw, the Kuala Lumpur Children’s Choir consists of over 120 young singers aged between 6 and 15. By introducing choral singing as a fun and healthy curriculum for children, the singers are nurtured and encouraged in the hopes that their abilities be recognised and subsequently raise the bar for choral singing in Malaysia.
Kuala Lumpur Children’s Choir has also performed around the globe, including Singapore, Germany and Australia, and in 2014, attained a High Silver Award at the Open Competition of World Choir.
