Learn how to turn soft plastic wastes into memorable and unique bags and accessories. .bungkus will be sharing their process and techniques on plastic fusing in these workshops.
- Upcycled Keychain Workshop: Walk-In Experience (30 minutes)
- Wallet Cardholder Workshop (1 – 2 Hours)
- Build Your Own Pouch Bag Workshop (1 – 2 Hours)
Capacity limit for each activity.
Note: Materials will be provided but participants are encouraged to bring their own cleaned used soft plastic.
About the Artiste / Group
.bungkus is a recycling project that turns thrown away plastic bags, fabric, and other soft materials into new, useful items such as bags, wallets, raincoats, and accessories. Their team of artists and designers work to give these materials a new life.
Their mission is to intercept as much waste as possible that would otherwise end up in landfills. They strive to create memorable pieces that challenge the value-systems surrounding the resources we consume.
