This wooden spoon workshop allows participants to experience the joy of making a wooden spoon!
Participants will learn the skills of using a chisel to complete the concave surface of the spoon and a knife to complete the shape of the entire spoon, which will also come in handy if they want to continue learning in the future.
This workshop is suitable for people over the age of 18 as it involves using a knife and a certain amount of strength. Participants can also learn some common knowledge about wood. For those who live in the city, this is also a good opportunity to learn about wood!
Suitable for 18 years old and above.
Note: All materials and tools are provided. But the tools cannot be taken back, the last thing that will be taken away is the finished wooden spoon.
此木汤匙工作坊让参与者体验亲手完成一支木汤匙的乐趣！参与者将学习使用凿刀来完成汤匙凹面的制作以及刀子来完成整支汤匙塑形的技能，未来如果想要继续学习的话，也能派上用场。
此工作坊适合18岁以上的民众参与，因刀具对年纪较小的人来说比较有危险性之外，使用刀具也需要一定的力气。参与者同时也可以学习一些关于木头的常识，对于住在都市的人来说，这也是一个认识木头的好机会哦！
About the Artiste / Group
Silver Yang is an illustrator and film lover who also carves spoons. Her husband is involved in carpentry and that is how she got her start in wood crafts. She set out to carve 100 wooden spoons and completed her goal during the MCO. She went on to start her on handmade wood crafted tableware brand.
当初以为自己会水土不服，结果意外的适应良好。因为喜欢画画，因为喜欢吃吃喝喝，所以自然而然开始画起了食物，志愿是吃遍马来西亚（还在进行当中）。
因为有个从事木工的先生，所以开始玩起了做木汤匙，更不自量力的立下了要完成一百支木汤匙的豪语，后来因为疫情的关系，被关在家里闷的发荒，最后还真的完成了。
现在除了有自己的插画品牌，也开始了自己的木制餐具品牌，认真贩售起自己做的木餐具。
