Barriers are the bane to the freedom of disabled people. The lack of accessibility in the built environment and public transportation hinders social participation, restricts access to essential services and greatly reduces their quality of life.

Victor and Wuan has come together to capture the stark reality of the various manmade obstacles that Peter, a wheelchair user of 34 years, has to contend with as he goes about trying to live a productive and fulfilling life.

The struggles are real. The connectivity from end to end is broken at many points in between. Society must do more to ensure the mobility needs of Peter and people like him are reasonably accommodated and included in mainstream society.
