Gangsapura is a contemporary Malay Gamelan group that was founded in 2016. Their mission is to promote and raise awareness about the beauty of Gamelan, our traditional Malay music ensemble. This introductory class gives you a sneak peek into the world of Malay Gamelan through some traditional songs.

Gangsapura has worked alongside various schools, private organisations and individual clients to help curate workshops, seminars and masterclasses to further educate the community about the importance of heritage preservation and the proper ways to play the Gamelan instruments.
