Project Eve is a series of vignettes about mothers and daughters, based on recollections of the past. Track the ensemble’s childhood to the present, touching on themes of hope, love, sacrifice, communication and identity. How is it that we come to see our mothers a certain way, and why?

Project Eve was originally presented as part of final showcase of Theatresauce’s inaugural Emerging Directors Lab, a year-long initiative where early-career directors hone, sharpen and personalize their craft. The performance is directed by Esther Liew and is featuring Esther Liew, Nik Waheeda, and Celine Wan. Anrie Too dramaturgs while Vale V Wong provides its original music.
