The magic of YSDAF is brought to life by a group of arts-loving people working hard behind the scenes including the crew on the ground to ensure that the programmes run smoothly, the festival goers feel welcomed and everyone has an awesome festival experience.

Whether you are a freelancer working in the arts or events scene, performing arts student or someone who has always wanted to be a part of it, here is your chance to join the festival team.

The festival is calling for crew for its Urban Tour that will take place from June to August across three locations listed below:

•     14 June 2025: KL East Mall, Kuala Lumpur
•     5 July 2025: PARC, Subang Jaya
•     9 August 2025: Elmina Lakeside Mall, Shah Alam

Apart from committing to two out of three of the Urban Tour dates, crew will be provided Disability Equality Training and Disability Related Services Training (10 May) and crew briefing (30 May). This paid position is open to Malaysians 18 years old and above.
