#Festival Highlight. This year, MyDance Alliance brings its signature movement experience to YSDAF 2025 Urban Tour as one of its highlights, featuring performances in three unique locations. Audiences can look forward to a total of 15 original choreographic works by 15 diverse choreographers, with five site-responsive pieces presented at each location.

Dancing in Place is a dynamic series of site-specific dance performances, curated and organised by MyDance Alliance Malaysia. Originally staged in the delightful gardens of Rimbun Dahan, this evolving platform has since taken on many forms across Malaysia — from Dancing in Place: In The Cities; Kota Kinabalu; and Georgetown Festival, to innovative online showcases and performances at venues like 1Utama Shopping Mall and Empire Damansara.

Tour 1: KL East Mall
Meeting Point: Main Stage @ Level G1 Main Stage (Main Atrium) at 3.00pm. Audience will then be guided through a walking tour to watch 5 dance works from Main Stage to other locations in the mall. Wheelchair accessible route.
