2025 is a milestone year for Anna Chong who has been a force in Malaysia’s music scene for the past 18 years.
Earlier this year, Anna released her third studio album ‘‘A Place Where Light Shines’ after a seven-year hiatus with a show that redefined the artist-audience relationship by merging music, theatre, live visuals and dance.
She will be performing songs from this newly released album as well as other well-known tracks from her previous albums alongside some songs she wrote for other artists.
About the Artiste / Group
Hailing from Seremban, Malaysian singer-songwriter Anna Chong has been active for 18 years across the realms of indie, pop, and modern music. Her two critically acclaimed albums, “A Reset of Earth” and “Tack”, won the “Best Indie Album” award at the Malaysia PWH Music Awards.
In the early stage of her music career, Anna’s works were featured in various recording artists’ albums in Hong Kong, Taiwan, China and Malaysia. The likes of Andy Lau, Kelly Chen, Rainee Yang, Guo-Jing, Penny Tai, Denise Ho, Fan Bing-Bing, Zeng Yu-Jia and others had sung her songs.
