After years of silence, pioneering Chinese electronic band Dian Bang returns with their brand-new album Modern Lovers. Blending lush Synthpop with Neo-Psychedelic and Noise Pop influences, the album captures the emotional dissonance of modern relationships in a digital world.
This live performance marks the debut of multiple new tracks from Modern Lovers, including the recently released single “情敵 (Love Rival)”. With dramatic vocal delivery by Vanes and immersive soundscapes crafted by Can Can, the show promises a journey through blurred lines of romance, memory, and fantasy.
Infused with theatrical lighting and layered synth textures, this performance reintroduces Dian Bang’s signature experimental spirit—now more refined, emotive, and sonically rich. More than a comeback, it’s a bold redefinition of Chinese electronic music.

作為初代中文電子樂團之一，電棒在2000年左右由兩位主腦 「迷幻」和DX Lee掛帥，憑著對電子音樂的熱情而創立了電 棒組合。嚴格來說，他們算是相當早期的臥室音樂人 (Bedroom Musician)，利用簡單的電腦軟件和電子設備，來 創作當時仍算鳳毛麟⻆的電子音樂。從最初的雙人組到後來的 四人組合，電棒的出現有股新穎的氣息，甚至到了他們連串的 現場演出，樂團成員在台上堆砌著電腦與各種儀器，算是讓人 耳目一新的觀感。
電棒的音樂可說涵蓋了多種範疇，最初以純實驗電音亮相，到 後來加入了女主唱Vanes和全能音樂人Can Can，音樂風格變 得豐富多元。隨後電棒變得更加活躍，每一場演出都有嶄新的 電子風格，再加上精心設計的燈光裝置，充分展現了他們的獨 特性。
然而，電棒的活躍期僅有短短四年(2005至2009年左右)， 一共推出了三張專輯，若按照專輯的順序來聆聽，可清楚的感 受到他們在音樂上的不斷求新與實驗。譬如最早期的單曲 〈Lynchian〉有著實驗電音的薰陶，以及對David Lynch電影 的鍾愛與致敬。
然後首張正式專輯《壹》就是他們對實驗電音與Shoegaze的真正嘗試，當中隱藏著M83、The Chemical Brothers等等90年代電音的脈絡。而接下來的兩張專輯《邊緣世界的貓》和《電棒》，電棒樂團的音樂更顯得多元，出現了⻘春洋溢的Indie Pop〈Andy Warhol〉和Noise Pop〈再見〉，還有他們擅⻑的復古電音 〈野火〉與〈雷射⻘春〉等等。
2010年後，電棒開始休團，但個別成員並不閒著，各自發 展他們的音樂策劃，衍生出如迷幻雪芒果、耳鳴、瘋笛等不 同風格的音樂組合，各有精彩。
