Daymien Arjav is a singer-songwriter based in Kuala Lumpur. His musical journey began as a street performer, where the pavement was his stage and strangers who appreciated music became his audience. Performing on the streets taught him how to truly connect with people through music.
Inspired by artists like Tracy Chapman, Bob Marley, B.B. King, Dave Matthews, and many others, Daymien’s songwriting blends folk, blues, and everyday stories into songs that feel both deeply personal and universally relatable. Still grounded in his roots, he continues to keep it real—one song at a time.

About the Artiste / Group
My songs are mainly inspired by my experiences. I believe in sharing my thoughts and not to impose them on my listeners. I believe songwriting is about letting the audience relate to a song based on their personal experiences.I believe I write heartfelt songs that could have an affect on the listeners, at least I hope it’ll do.My goal has always been to deliver an emotion through my songs and every time I perform for an audience it has always been about conveying those emotions. I don’t do anything special to engage an audience, I sing my heart out on all my performance and if I can feel it I’m sure the audience will.
