Mohamad Sazali Shaari is the president of Malaysia Federation of the Deaf (MFD), a self-funded NGO run by the deaf and for the deaf. He actively advocates for the deaf, speaks about inclusivity and accessibility, and recently completed a book on the Malaysian Sign Language. Sign language is a way of communication using hand gestures, movement and facial expressions. In this workshop, participants will be introduced to basic sign language.
