Teach For Malaysia (TFM) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation that is mobilising a movement of leaders to end education inequity.

They recruit outstanding graduates and young professionals to be full-time teachers in high-need schools through a two-year Fellowship. Fellows are then trained and supported as they teach and collaborate with other teachers and leaders, to be part of the solution to the challenges faced by our communities. TFM also works alongside their Fellowship Alumni who continue to drive systemic impact in education at all levels of society – from the boardroom to the classroom.
